The first objective was to solve the problems with the last chapters of the series, especially Need for Speed: Pro Street, which didn’t reach the quality standards expected for a Need for Speed game. Based on that situation, John Riccitiello, president of Electronic Arts, has confirmed that a new Need for Speed is now in the works. The game is called Need for Speed: Undercover, but no further information has been released.
The game will be “mission-structured” and centered around a movie-based story. The company wants to give the series a new direction, and for that, fans should probably expect a different product than the previous games on the series. Electronic Arts has also changed the developing process for the Need For Speed series: Each chapter of the series will have a two-year developing stage, instead of only one. There are, apparently, two teams working on the new Need for Speed.

The Norwegian Software House has recently revealed what new elements will be inserted into Age of Conan in the next two months. As it usually happens on MMORPGs, the still recently new Age of Conan will be constantly updated and expanded.
New introductions in the PvP as Funcom thought of inserting ten levels of experience for characters that dedicate their time to this kind of activity. There will also be new weapons and a new escape system, in order to help less-experienced character from being griefed by higher-experience ones.
There will also be a new update on the guilds and their management, called Kingship. It will allow a more strict alliance between guilds, it’ll be possible to create unique Battlekeeps (the guild’s base) and items to embellish the same Battlekeeps.
A new recognition system named Powerpoint will also be introduced. Powerpoints will be earned by having a Battlekeep, winning on PvP or continuing playing after reaching the maximum experience level. The powerpoints can be used to buy weapons, armors and potions. There are also talks of new areas and dungeons, and also plans on introducting new emoticons, like dancing.
