New Authenticator for World of Warcraft.

The Authenticator is a new system that will generate a six-digit code, to be inserted whenever World of Warcraft is initialized. It will be distributed as a paid service and it was created for those who wish to protect themselves further from hacker attacks, or anyone that might want to steal their own serial codes in order to access the worldwide famous MMORPG’s servers. The new system consists in a small piece of hardware, probably an USB pendrive, and it was first available during the Worldwide Invitational Event done by Blizzard in Paris.”It’s important for the World of Warcraft users to feel completely safe”, says Mike Morhaime, Blizzard’s CEO and co-founder. “Our intention is to avoid any damage to the users’ accounts by offering them a new stage in safety”.
The cost of the new safety device is 6 euros.
