Far Cry 2 to be launched in October
Far Cry 2 will be available for the European market on October 23rd according to the official announcement made from Ubisoft. The game will be available for PC, Playstation 3 and XBox 360. The American release is scheduled for October, 21st.
There will also be a Collector’s Edition for Far Cry 2. It consist of a t-shirt with the game’s logo, an art book named “The Art of Far Cry 2″, the world’s game map and a DVD with the making-off of the game, all inside a special wooden box.
“Far Cry 2 is a fun trip around the most obscure places in Africa, where the player can establish his own gaming style. This provides an unique experience for a shooting game”, says John Parkes, Marketing Director of Ubisoft EMEA.
