No updates for the PS3 version of Team Fortress 2
Valve has announced that there are no plans of releasing added content for the Playstation 3 version of Team Fortress 3. It’s known that Valve doesn’t have Playstation 3 developers inside their own developing team, reason why Orange Box was converted for the Sony console by Electronic Arts. No Heavy Update, new playable characters or player-created maps for the Playstation3 users, in this case. All of this is already available for PC free of charge, and it will be available (most likely for a fee) to the XBox 360 users by the end of the year. In fact, Gabe Newel has never bothered hiding his dislike for the Playstation 3, defined as a “big waste of time for everybody”. Meanwhile, in the last few days, he declared himself a “big Wii fan”, even if he confirmed no plans for Valve to release any game for the Nintendo console.
