WoW: Easier raids for the Burning Crusade expansion
Blizzard has announced, in preparation for the second expansion of their World of Warcraft MMORPG, that the patch 3.02 will reduce the difficulty on all end-game Raid bosses. The patch release is scheduled for October 14th and it will affect the raid instance bosses, reducing their health points by 30%, a very significant amount (For example, the 3.7 million hit points that Kalecgos has will be reduced to 2.2 million). The damage dealt by most bosses and trash mobs will also be reduced.
The reason for the nerf is to allow the part of the community that hasn’t reached the required levels to experience the contents of Burning Crusade before the launch of Wrath of the Lich King.
