The first expansions for Guitar Hero: World Tour
Activision has already announced the first expansion packs to be launched for Guitar Hero: World Tour. Soon after the first commercial days, the game will already have expansions dedicated to Oasis, REM, Metallica and other classics.
The Oasis pack will feature songs from their last album “Dig Out Your Soul”, more specifically “Bag it Up”, Waiting for the Rapture” and “The Shock of the Lightning”. The “Track Pack” from REM will feature “Horse to Water”, “Man-Sized Wreath” and “Supernatural Superserious” from their Accelerate album.
Metallica will be present with the “Death Magnetic” pack (already available for Guitar Hero 3), the band’s new album, and will be completely compatible with the new Guitar Hero version, in case it was already downloaded.
Also featured are the Blind Melon’s single “No Rain”, and original songs from Ted Nugent and Zakk Wylde, created especially for the Activision game. The latter will be available for free.
