Sacred 2: The console version will arrive on 2009
While the PC version of Sacred 2 is having a huge success, Ascaron and Deep Silver have announced that the console version of the game will arrive on the first quaterly period of 2009. “The launch date for the console versions has been established in order to assure a better optimization of all the online features that are specific for these versions, and guarantee the simultaneous launch in a worldwide scale”, says Heiko Tom felde, Ascaron’s general director.
The delay is due mainly to the need to optimize the multiplayer mode, even though it’s still not sure whether the console versions will reach the same number of players as the PC version.
