Atari to distribute the boxed versions of EVE
The famous space MMORPG, Eve Online, will be available on retail boxed version as well, and Atari will be responsible for the distribution. The game, developed by the CCP team, will be distributed in stores on North America, Europe and Asia from March 2009. David Garner, Atari’s CEO, has declared to “having spent a lot of time with CCP’s commercial and creative bosses in Iceland, and managed to build a high-class group dedicated to the online game. I’m honored that Atari was chosen to expand CCP’s universe worldwide”.
