LittleBigPlanet: some levels cancelled due to copyright issues
According to what was reported on the official game forum, some levels that were created by users will be cancelled without further notice, due to some copyright issues. Particularly, it seems that some levels have Sonic and Metal Gear Solid elements that cannot be inserted without particular agreements.
It seems, thus, that the freedom that comes with allowing users to express themselves with self-created contents has its downsides, such as these. The companies must keep a keen eye on these productions, in order to avoid possible copyright conflicts such as these.
