Age of Conan: Deactivation of 31 servers due to the lack of players
More cutdowns for Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures. Funcom has decided to cut down 31 more game servers, going from 49 to 18 as of today. The reason for the deactivation of those servers is logically due to the low player population in all the servers. The developers are thus trying to apply the “massive” adjective to the game, and all the players that belonged to one of the 31 deactivated servers were transfered to one of the 18 remaining ones. The idea is to enhance the gaming experience and the challenging factor in each of the servers.
We can’t do anything but hope that this move by Funcom will keep Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures healthy and push away the “bad clouds” that have been surrounding this MMORPG recently.
