Warhammer Online: number of subscriptions fall to 300.000
Bad news for Mythic, Electronic Arts and whoever claimed that Warhammer Online would be the only true rival for World of Warcraft in the MMORPG world. The publisher has declared that in the four-month period that ended on December 31st, the number of subscriptions has fallen to 300.000, a big decrease if compared to the 500.000 from the end of September, and the 750.000 from mid-October.
Even the starter numbers were nothing compared to WoW’s 11 million subscriptions, now with the new, updated numbers, it seems that Blizzard’s MMORPG has nothing to fear.
