After telling a bit more about the importance of the multiplayer mode in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, now Naughty Dog’s vice-president, Christophe Balestra, has announced on his Twitter page that the game will not require any hard disk installation. In fact, this is the sentence found on his Twitter:

“Uncharted 2 does not require any install”

The quick sentence makes us believe that the second chapter on the Uncharted series will not be tied to the 1.7GB installation as declared before. We’ll be waiting for more information on the matter, of course, but it’s worth reminding you all that Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is going to be launched on October 23rd.
