Mass Effect 2: Collector’s Edition revealed

BioWare has announced the Collector’s Edition for Mass Effect 2 with a press release. The special edition will be available for XBox 360 and PC and inside the metal box, there will be:

- The Game (obviously)
- A 48-page artbook
- The first issue of the Mass Effect Redemption comics
- a DVD featuring the backstage for the game and movies
- A code that will unlock a special armor and the “Avenger Assault” weapon

The Collector’s Edition will be available in the USA from January 26th on, for $69.99 (XBox 360 version) and $59.99 (PC version). For the European market, it will be available three days later, although the price hasn’t yet been announced. Below are the covers for the special edition and a picture with the special weapon.
