The guys from Tweakers.net managed to find an interview where Folkert Langeveld, Sony Computer Entertainment Benelux’s Marketing Manager says that he’s certain about the development of a sequel to LittleBigPlanet, and also about its full compatibility with the newest motion controller from Sony, the PlayStation Move.
We’re still labeling as rumors until we hear some words directly from Sony or from the guys at Media Molecule, but they would confirm rumors, some even found on the Official PlayStation Magazine, that said that the guys from Media Molecule would be working on the sequel of the famous game that became quickly a favorite of critics and players.
We’ll stay tuned.

For those who love Will Wright’s games, Electronic Arts seems to have decided to launch Spore and The Sims 3 also for the console. During the Financial report presentation, John Riccitello has confirmed the intention of bringing the latest chapter of The Sims and the monsters from Spore to the console.
Now all we need to do is wait to see which consoles it’ll be launched for, and whether the game mechancis will change or not. But in any case, we won’t know anything until the first trimester of 2011, which is the period chosen for the launch of these games to the Console.

It’s now official: Rock Band will have a Track Pack dedicated to one of the most famous rock groups in history: Queen. The songs will be available on the XBox Live Marketplace. According to what was published by Major Nelson, there will be ten tracks and we’ll list them all by the end of this post.
The track pack will cost 1280 Microsoft Points for the whole pack, or 160 per song. We question the choice of some of the titles, as there would be better songs to be featured, but it does make us wonder if a dedicated Rock Band title wouldn’t be a good idea in the case of such an important band in the history of music.
* “Another One Bites the Dust”
* “Crazy Little Thing Called Love”
* “Fat Bottomed Girls”
* “I Want It All”
* “I Want to Break Free”
* “Killer Queen”
* “One Vision”
* “Somebody to Love”
* “Tie Your Mother Down”
* “Under Pressure” -

It seems Electronic Arts doesn’t want to waste any time, and only a couple of months after The Sims 3’s official launch, they have announced the first of perhaps many expansions for the third chapter of their Life Simulator, called World Adventures.
As the title hints at and with the first images showing an Egyptian scenario, the expansion will bring the Sims around the world, somewhat like mini Indiana Jones. The places that the players will be able to take their Sims to, according to the official note from the publisher, are China, France and Egypt, where the Sims will be able to take part on new adventures and challenges, meet new people and learn more abilities and culture.
The game is scheduled to launch on November 16th.

Other songs will probably be available soon, but there are no specific dates.
