The online gaming-on-demand service OnLive will be launched in the USA next June 17th, with support to PC and Mac right from the start. The monthly fee will cost $14.95 and it’ll allow gamers to play titles by THQ, Ubisoft and EA. Some of the games avaialble from the start are Assassin’s Creed II, Metro 2033 and Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. Steve Perlman, OnLive’s CEO, says:
“We’re very pleased with the degree of publisher support received to date and have seen a rise in publisher interest in the OnLive Game Service as their focus begins shifting dramatically toward digital distribution.”
For the moment, OnLive isn’t scheduled to launch for console, but the developers have always kept it in mind. The launch date for Europe and the rest of the world is still to be scheduled.

The name is Move. Not Arc or Gem as it was rumored before. It’s official now, and it was announced by Sony during the conference in San Francisco for the Game Developers Conference. As it was previously seen, the Move will feature also an optional nunchuck, sold separately with the Playstation Eye or in bundle with the PS3. The launch date is scheduled for this Autumn for a price that is expected to be under $100.
A bunch of titles will feature support upon the launch, such as Move Party, SOCOM 4, LittleBigPlanet, a fighter title (not better specified) and the Sports Champion, which is a sort of Wii Sports, created by what Sony defines “The next fronteer on motion controllers”.
Ubisoft, Sega, Activision, EA and Capcom are some of the game publishers involved in the support to Move. We’ll present the official presentation trailer after this post. Enjoy!

This time we have good images about Fallout New Vegas, released by the guys from Bethesda. From the images, it seems that Fallout New Vegas keeps the same feeling as Fallout 3, which is one of the strong points on the series and what made it one of the most famous games in the market.
In any case, we’ll leave you to the image, reminding you all that Fallout: New Vegas will be launched for PC, XBox 360 and PlayStation 3 this Autumn.

Portal 2 was featured this month on Game Informer, and we’re bringing the scans and more detailed information about the game:
- The first Portal was an experiment. Portal 2 is the “real” game
- The game will take place centuries after the first chapter
- GlaDOS will be again the main enemy, and Chell the main character
- The Portal Gun will not be changed
- The Co-Op campaign will not be connected to the main story
- Players will be able to personify two robots on the co-op mode
- Portal physics will be a game changer - a demo showed a portal that when placed in the middle of a test chamber littered with objects, the portal creates a swirling vortex of debris.
Portal 2 will be launched by the end of next Autumn for PC, XBox 360 and Mac OS as well. Here are the scans, enjoy!

While we wait for EA and Crytek to give the green light for us to post the first official images for Crysis 2, we’ll talk about the press-conference that Crytek has released on their own website, and that reveals some interesting news for PC users. Cevat Yerli and the team have indeed announced that a CryEngine 3 version featuring Stereoscopic 3D will be brought to the Game Developers Conference (GDC) which will take place from March 11th to March 13th in San Francisco.
For the occasion, they’ll also give more information about the LiveCreate function on the developing tool, that allows designers to work with a single editor, but see and play the results in real-time on the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
While we wait to be able to post the first images of Crysis 2 and more information and videos about the S-3D feature on the CryEngine 3, we’ll leave you to a CryEngine 3 demo video. Enjoy!

Yesterday, Bungie declared, through the Creative Director’s blog, that there would be a “multiplayer bomb” announced “in about a day”. Would this “leaked” footage be the bomb mentioned? We’re not sure yet, but the video does look interesting. We’ll wait and see for an official confirmation from Bungie.
Halo Reach will be launched next Autumn for the XBox 360, and it’ll have a multiplayer beta period that will start on May 3rd.

On another note, I hope you all like the MP bomb we’re about to drop on the world in about a day. Enjoy!
We wonder what this “bomb” will be, but we’ll have to wait until tomorrow, of course. Halo Reach will be launched next Autumn for the XBox 360, and it’ll be preceeded by a multiplayer beta that will start on May 3rd.
